PTSD from warfare affects every sentient humane being on all sides of the experience. It is simple: unless you are a psychopath, killing, maiming and hurting others to order will destroy your health. Our conscience cannot reconcile our actions and the trauma of our memories serve as a lesson to either do unto others as you would have them treat you and yours or you will suffer. The point is that the sickness of conquest and war are psychopathic disorders in which the sane cannot survive. It would be awful should these techniques allow us all to act with outrageous cruelty towards eachother and carry on regardless, enjoying a good nights’ sleep. Well, the psychopaths actually do and this is how they can arise afresh with zest and order the participation of fresh atrocities. But well done for finding your own solution and sharing it.
