Last night I experienced a few hours with Robert Augustus Masters and his wife Dianne in the UK teaching. They use an Integral approach to individual and group psychotherapy that includes both verbal work and hands-on bodywork. Full-on intense wonderful stuff!
Robert Masters is known for this men’s groups and work with couples – relationship and intimacy as a spiritual path seems a core theme. From what I experienced his work goes deep quickly and can really shift people who have been stuck in historical ways of being. All in all, I was impressed last night with the depth of the work. Robert who will be in the UK for a little while longer before heading home to Canada. I can imagine fans of David Deida, whose approach to masculinity and feminity I’ve been intertesed in of late may particularly appreciate Robert Master’s work.
Thanks to Michael Rose for hosting and the rest of the Brighton Integral Salon. I really like this group and hope it continues to flourish.
