Apparently “Work stress changes your body.” Could that be because stress is a bodily phenomena? OK, sarcasm aside, the BBC has reported a study showing that stress leads to heart disease, the biggest killer in the Western world. I’d feel a bit harsh asking my clients, “How many dead employees do you want before you take relaxation seriously?” but that’s what it comes down to.

Of course you can cope with stress using alcohol as one in three British men admits to, but that just ups your chances of a young death.
So the news is old news: If you want to see your grandchildren and enjoy your life in the meantime, find healthy ways to destress like exercise, meditation and hamster cricket (stressful for the hamster unfortunately).
