Training Practicalities

Who can participate in the training?

Anyone, from any part of your organisation can participate in Integration Training courses. All courses including Embodied Management Training are suitable for people of all ages and body types. If employees have a physical injury or disability, exercises can easily be adapted to meet specific needs. Group size is typically between ten and fifteen, though it can vary depending on the number of employees you have, the space available and the overall objectives of your organisation. We and have clients from business, government and third sector.

How long will training take and how many training sessions are needed?

Organisations today are often short on time and we appreciate this, so we provide focused training sessions. The exact time training takes will depend on your objectives. Half and full days are typical for introductions to time management and stress management for example. For leadership and management training a full day would be the minimum with three days recommended.

As learning happens over time, follow-up sessions will lead to greater gains. Some training companies claim to be able to wave a magic-wand and fix things in ten minutes. At Integration Training we have learnt that practice, an ongoing training relationship and real-world applications are crucial to success.

Where can training occour?

Training occurs on your business premises so it's convenient and time-effective. For embodied training such as our stress management and leadership courses an office space cleared of desks and chairs, around 50% bigger than you would use for regular training is ideal.

People standing by or sitting at their desks can do a lot of the stress reduction exercises if no open space is available. Loose comfortable clothes are advised. For some of the more interactive training office clothes minus shoes, watches and jewellery are best and short skirts or ties not recommended.

We are based in Brighton East Sussex, London and Birmingham UK but work around the UK and in Europe.

How much does your training cost?

Our fundamental rule is that our training will always save you money e.g. for stress training in terms of sick days, churn-rate and efficiency - so there will always be a good return on investment. The exact fee will vary depending on your needs and resources and we are flexible. We will begin the conversation by determining what would most benefit you and asking how much you would like to pay. Because we are confident what we do works and that you will love it, we offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee, enabling you to try what we do risk free.

If you'd like some training but like many organisations currently have a reduced training budget, we recommend Train to Gain the government initiative that funds training to a wide variety of businesses. We can help to put you in touch with your local office who can provide up to £1000 of funding for businesses employing 5-249 people as part of the Leadership and Management initiative. This could be used for leadership training, a stress or time management workshop or one-to-one coaching.

There is also a larger government training grant currently available for innovative well-being training. Please ask us for details.
